If you would like us to reduce the base size before shipping, please allow an additional 1 working day.

Arrival time
airToupee cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. They ship to most countries within a week, usually 5-7 business days. For some special regions, other express service or postal service will be used and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation.

About Return & Exchange
For unmodified in-stock items, orders can be canceled at any time before shipment.

- Items returned must be in stock items sold in the store.
- Items returned must be unmodified, which includes not requiring us to cut the base size or trim the base edge when you placed your order.
- Customized toupee does not accept returns.
- Refund customers are required to pay return shipping costs.
