Each membership is valid for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. Once it expires, no further charges will be made. You may choose to renew manually if you wish to continue enjoying member benefits.

Membership benefits start immediately after successful payment. The validity period begins on the purchase date, and you can enjoy all benefits associated with your membership level during this time.

In-stock items ship within 24 hours on business days.  For customized products, please refer to the final communication time.

If you would like us to reduce the base size before shipping, please allow an additional 1 working day.

  • Arrival time

airToupee cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. They ship to most countries within a week, usually 5-7 business days. For some special regions, other express service or postal service will be used and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation.

  • Freight

We have worldwide free shipping for all hair system products.

  • Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees. Any taxes due during customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Customer Service if you have further questions.

About Return & Exchange

For unmodified in-stock items, orders can be canceled at any time before shipment.

  1. Items returned must be unused.
  2. Items returned must be in stock items sold in the store.
  3. Items returned must be unmodified, which includes not requiring us to cut the base size or trim the base edge when you placed your order.
  4. Customized toupee does not accept returns.
  5. Refund customers are required to pay return shipping costs.
